These were a series of custom brochure spread templates developed for the Student Housing studio at Kitchen & Associates in Collingswood, NJ. The spreads were developed for each of the firm’s primary student housing projects they wished to market, and were intended to be dynamic, fun, and colorful. A few of the templates are shown below.
